A Case of Rudimentary Uterine Horn Associated with Agenesis of a Kidney and Pelvic Endometriosis

Abstract
In the human female, the tubes, the uterus, and the upper portion of the vagina are normally formed by the fusion of the paired Mullerian ducts. Failure of development or lack of fusion of the ducts gives rise to a variety of genital tract anomalies.
Among the uterine anomalies, rudimentary uterine horn may manifest itself as a gynecologic complaint during the pubertial, reproductive, or menopausal years.
A high incidence of concurrent urologic anomalies has been reported.
The treatment of uterus, bicornis unicollis with rudimentary horn is excision of the horn.
A case of rudimentary uterine horn associated with agenesis of left kidney and pelvic endometriosis whose chief complaint was menstrual molimina, was presented.
